The Story of Admari
In 2007, Adrienne Etkin, together with her parents Maryann and Richard, founded Admari Brands with a vision: to elevate tea in the US beyond a mediocre beverage into a healthy, and mindful way of life. Our journey began with the opening of our first brick-and-mortar tea store in New Jersey, Admari Tea, which swiftly became a beloved haven for tea enthusiasts. This unique space served as an educational hub, retail tea shop, and e-commerce fulfillment center, embodying our unwavering commitment to community, direct sourcing, and exceptional quality.
Over the years, Admari has blossomed into a brand that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. Our dedication to honoring foundational tea practices is matched by our passion for creative evolution. Now headquartered in Miami, Florida, this spirit of innovation is evident at our tea studio in Little River, Admari | Modern Tea Merchants, and in the transformation of our proprietary energy tea blend, KickAssam, into a probiotic-rich bottled sparkling tea and a delicious line of tea syrups. The name Admari is a fusion of letters from our founder Adrienne Etkin’s first name and the first two letters of her parents' names, Maryann and Richard.
